This is the home of my great grandparents, Abram Mitchell Morrison and Lucie Ella Coates. It is where my grandfather, William Coates Morrison, was born in 1881. Abram Morrison was the postmaster in Ennis. The home was located at the NW corner of the intersection of Knox and Clay Streets but no longer exists. Unfortunately, it burned down sometime before 1920. |
