Wardlaw   Wardlaw was located on the Milford Road three miles south of Bee Creek School House Road and northwest of Milford about five miles.  The Addison Wardlaw farm was located in the hills of this area and were said to have been a stagecoach stop, or way station.  Mail once was brought from Milford to the Wardlaw farm, and picked up for further distribution.  It is thought that it could have been on the Shawnee Trail that traversed this area from southwest to northeast.
