L. L. Teague Services Held Here Tuesday

Lacy Layton Teague, a resident of Dickens County since 1911, died Sunday, June 7, following a long illness. He was 78 years of age.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Spur Church of Christ with Harper Williams officiating. He was assisted by Robert Bankhead.

Survivors include his wife, 5 daughters: Mrs. Willie Smith, Mrs. Dorothy Price and Mrs. Charles Suitt, Spur; Mrs. Enza Edwards, Dickens; Mrs. Johnny Baker, CA. One son and one daughter are deceased.

Also surviving are one brother, Russell Teague, Dallas, and one sister, Ola Walker, Okla. City, 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren survive.

Interment was in Spur Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
