Dickens County Men to Leave for Service
A number of Dickens County men have been enlisted to leave for Army service Friday, June 12. This is among the largest list of men to leave Dickens County at any time. They are:

- George Newton Bingham
- Cecil Huey Scott
- Oran Vermal Parks
- Vell Drennan
- C.J. Goodson
Transferred to the Dickens County Board are the following:

The Dickens County Board will take credit for the following men who have enlisted:
