Services for Wayne E. Wilson, 73, of Haskell were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Mar. 15, 1999; at the First Baptist Church in Ralls with Rev. Floyd Haddock officiating.
Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
He died Friday, Mar. 12, 1999, at Abilene Regional Hospital. He was born July 23, 1925, in Caprock. He married Sue Lucas on June 6, 1952, in Caprock.
He was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Robertson High School. He was a member of the Emma Masonic Lodge #931 in Ralls and was a member of the Ralls Lions Club were he served as president in 1979. He was a former member of the Ralls School Board. He served in the Navy during W.W.II. He moved to Haskell in 1993 from Ralls.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Wilson of Haskell; two daughters, Darlene Atchison of Midland and Djuna "Dj" Bruenll of Panama City, FL; one brother, J.T. Wilson of Clovis, NM; three sisters, Mildred Buchanan of Coahoma, Jimmie Tucker of Ralls, and Mary Evelyn Wilson of Spur; four grandchildren, Lauren Brunell, Jon Brunell, Abigail Brunell and Shannon Atchison.
Pallbeaers were Rick Tucker, Kenny Hensley, Chance Cypert, Clint Wayne Cypert, Jackie Buchanan, Preston Wilson, Lindsey Reed and Ray Gene Bownds.

Ora Sue Lucas Wilson, 80, of Midland formerly of Ralls passed away January 5, 2013 in Midland. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Ralls with the Rev. Floyd Haddock officiating and the Rev. T.J. Messer assisting. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.
Ora Sue Lucas Wilson was born February 5, 1932 in Big Spring Texas to Earl and Ora Dell Christian Lucas. She married Wayne Wilson of Ralls on June 6, 1952. She worked for Security State Bank and Ann Chote tax office for many years. In 1980, she opened �The Roller Place� in Ralls providing entertainment for the youth of the community. She was active in the Lay Witness Mission Movement through First Baptist Church of Ralls. She and Wayne retired to Haskell Texas in 1993. She moved to Midland Texas in 1999 after Wayne the love of her life passed away.
She is survived by her two daughters; Darlese Atchison of Midland and Djuna Windholtz of Panama City Florida, six grandchildren and two bonus daughters; Martha Manning and Patci Lewis along with numerous nieces and nephews. She loved the Lord Jesus and loved people.
