RALLS (Special) - Services for Robert A. Wilson, 63, of 4508 40th St. in Lubbock and formerly of Ralls, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in the Bacon Heights Baptist Church in Lubbock with the Rev. Hank Scott, pastor, the Rev. James Abernathy of Odessa and the Rev. Richard Cheatham of the Elgin Avenue Baptist Church in Lubbock officiating.

Burial will follow in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of Ralls. The body will remain at Bacon Heights Baptist Church from noon until the service.

Wilson died about 9 p.m. Sunday in Lubbock's Highland Hospital after a lengthy illness.

A native of Tom Green County, Wilson moved to the South Plains in 1925. He moved to Lubbock in 1969 after a 24 year residence in Ralls. He was a retired security guard at Lubbock's First National Bank.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille; a son, George of Ralls; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Humphreys of Lubbock; four brothers, Joe of Corpus Christi, George R. and John, both of Ralls, and Jim of Plainview; a sister, Mrs. Odell Poteet of Lubbock; and two grandchildren.
