Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Ralls First Baptist Church for John E. Willis, 80, of Ralls who died about 11:30 p.m. Thursday in Parkway Manor Nursing Home in Lubbock.

Officiating were the Rev. Dale Cain, pastor, and Rev. Jack A. Welch of Lubbock. Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.

A native of Arkadelphia, Ark., Willis moved to Ralls in 1919 from Hall County. He was an automobile parts department employee.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Campdon Lawson of Lorenzo and Mrs. Ric Sheridan of El Paso; a brother, Willard of Abilene; two sisters, Mrs. C. C. Henderson of Tow and Mrs. C. C. Qualls of Ballinger; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
