RALLS (Special) - Services for J.A. "Dugan" Wheeler, 85, of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Struve, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Wheeler died at 3:37 a.m. Tuesday in Lubbock's Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born near Ralls and graduated from Ralls High School. He attended Clarendon College. He was a veteran of World War II and had been a military policeman at Reese Air Force Base and at Garden City Kan. He was a rancher.
