U.S.Flag   RALLS (Special) Graveside services for Ken Watson, 60, of Petersburg will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Watson died Friday, June 12, 1998, at his residence.

He was born May 28, 1938, in Ralls. He married Eleanor Ann Hartzog on Dec. 28, 1960, in Lubbock. He was a member of the Lubbock Cotton Exchange, Texas Cotton Ginners Association, Texas Independent Cotton Ginners Association and Ralls First Baptist Church. He graduated from Ralls High School. He attended West Texas State University and Ranger Junior College on a football scholarship. He moved to Petersburg from Lockney in 1974. He was a former resident of Lubbock, Ralls and Sterley. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Monty of Hobart, Okla.; three daughters, Dede Stone and Donna Vaughn, both of Lubbock, and Dana Drake of New York; his parents, Hubert and Dolly Watson of Ralls; and 10 grandchildren.
