RALLS (Special) — Services for Jimmie Scott Travis, 88, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Carter-Adams Funeral Home with Roy Shave, minister of the Emma Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

She died at 2 a.m. Saturday in Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Belton. She married Clyde R. Travis Jan. 1, 1918, in Belton. He preceded her in death in 1968. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ. She attended Mary Hardin Baylor College in Belton. She moved to Ralls in 1918.

Survivors include a son, Lt.Col. (ret.) Jim Scott Travis of Ralls; and two sisters, Mrs. Ray H. Jones of San Antonio and Mrs. Ruth S. Stovall of Baytown.
