U.S.Flag   Graveside services for Orville S. Towler, 76, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 1997, in the Ralls Cemetery with Rev. Jim Morrow, minister of the Ralls First Baptist church officiating.

Burial was under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Mr. Towler died at 11:35 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, 1997, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital following an illness. He was born Dec. 18, 1920, in Ada, OK. He was a veteran of World War II. He married Beverly Irby on July 19, 1952, in Florence, AZ. He moved to Ralls in April 1997 from the Lockney and Floydada area.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Towler; three sons, George Towler of Colorado, Jerry Towler of Brentwood, TN, and Bill Towler of Plainview; two daughter, Debbie Williamson of Shallowater and Susie Sue of Ralls; five grandchildren; and two nieces, Estelle Green and Wanda Tittle both of Texarkana, TX.
