Services for Mrs. Demmie Tinnin, 93, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Vernon O'Kelly officiating, assisted by the Rev. H.B. Coggin.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home. Mrs. Tinnin died 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Ralls Nursing Home.

A native of Tennessee, Mrs. Tinnin moved to the South Plains area in 1924 from Ellis County. She was a member of Ralls First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Bill of Ralls and Henry of Rio Grande City; two daughters, Mrs. T.S. Parks Sr. of Keene and Mrs. Emmitt Lynch of Ralls; 10 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
