Obituary

Graveside services for Ronald E. Thompson, 58, of Albuquerque, NM were held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Ralls Cemetery with Dennis May officiating.

Burial was under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Thompson died at 9:15 p.m. MDT Monday, Aug. 27, 1990 at his residence after a brief illness.

He was born in Lake City, Iowa, and moved to Albuquerque in 1983. He was a veterinarian for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Thompson of Albuquerque; a daughter, Anna Thompson of Albuquerque; and a sister, Gloria Bunkers of Cherokee, Iowa.

RALLS (Special)— Services for Betty Thompson, 69, of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Emma Church of Christ with Vance Davis officiating and Ken Free assisting.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died Saturday, April 29, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born March 9, 1931, in Ralls. She married Ronald E. Thompson on Aug. 7, 1955, in McAllen. He died Aug. 27, 1990.

She was a member of the Emma Church of Christ. She taught school for several years. She moved from Albuquerque, N.M., to Lubbock in 1992. She moved to Ralls in 1998.

Survivors include her daughter, Anna Thompson of Ralls; and her mother, Ruth Moseley of Ralls.
