U.S.Flag   RALLS (Special) — Edward E. Terry, 53, died 1 a.m. Friday in Veterans Administration Hospital in Amarillo following a lengthy illness. Services will be 4 p.m. today in First Baptist Church here, with the Rev. Dale Cain, pastor, the Rev. Floyd Haddock, pastor of First Baptist Church in Seminole, and the Rev. James Abernathy officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.

Terry was married to Naomi Lane June 14, 1947, in Ralls. A native of Paris, he served in the Navy during World War II. He was a past patron of Ralls Eastern Star and a member of Masonic Lodge.

Terry lived in Ralls since 1926.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Abe Lane of Amarillo and Bill Lane of Garden City, Kansas;a brother, J.D. of Farwell; seven sisters, Mrs.Lois Stone, Mrs. Bonnie Shoemaker and Mrs. Raymond Glisson, all of Ralls, Mrs. Ruby Carson of Dallas, Mrs. Jeff Hollinger of Amarillo, Mrs. J.L. Pipes of Lubbock and Mrs. A.A. Gannon of Odessa; and six grandchildren.
