Services for Iva M. Taylor, 86, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 1986, in the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Lee Fuller, pastor, officiating.

Burial followed under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Mrs. Taylor died at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, October 12, 1986 in the Crosbyton Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born November 22, 1899 in the Indian territory, Oklahoma and married J. Oliver Taylor December 26, 1917 in Crosbyton. Mrs. Taylor died January of 1943.

She was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church where she served as the Adult Department Secretary for 30 years. She worked for the Ralls School cafeteria for several years. She moved to Ralls area as a young girl.

Survivors include 1 son, Bobby Taylor of Lubbock; 1 daughter, Mrs. J.C. (Mary) Henexson of Ralls; 3 brothers, Pete McGee of Lubbock, Alfred McGee of Lubbock, A.T. McGee of Stamford; 1 sister, Mrs. M. V. Gale of Lubbock; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
