James Switzer

James Switzer Services for James Switzer, 59, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at LakeRidge United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Couch officiating and the Rev. John Burk and the Rev. Dan Boyd assisting.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

He died Sunday June 23, 2002.

He was born July 7, 1942, in Cone. He married Paula Bush Dec. 19, 1996, in Lubbock. He was a member of Lake Ridge United Methodist Church. He graduated from Ralls High School in 1960, and attended drafting school in Wichita Falls. He was employed by Fred Garrison Oil in Plainview and moved to Lubbock in 1996 from Wichita Falls.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Mike of Tucson, Ariz., Jason of Wilcox and Cody of Lubbock; a daughter, Kim Baker of Lubbock; three sisters, Billy Bevel and Betty Wideman, both of Ralls and Judy Darby of Lubbock; and five grandchildren.
