RALLS (Special) — Graveside services for Margaret Louise Suhr, 70, of Killeen will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ralls Cemetery with the Rev. Aidan Maguire, pastor of St. Phillip's Catholic Church in Idalou, officiating.

Burial is under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral home.

Mr. Suhr died early Saturday morning in Bell Haven Nursing Center in Killeen after a lengthy illness.

She was born in San Antonio and moved from Ralls to Killeen in 1985. She had worked as a secretary. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.

Survivors include her husband, Marlon L. Suhr of Killeen; three sons, Robert of Castroville, John of Lake Hills and Marlon Jr. of Ralls; two daughters, Annette LeStrourgeon of Bandera and Frances Logan of Copperas Cove; a brother, Archie Earl of San Antonio; three sisters, Ruby E. Smith of Lacoste, Mattie Steadman of Cape Coral, Fla., and Dorothy Malchoff of San Antonio; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Marlon SuhrMarlon Suhr, Sr., 92, of Crosbyton passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012, at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, February 24, 2012, at Ralls Cemetery, with Pastor Judy Shema officiating. Burial is under the care of Adams Funeral Home - Ralls.

Marlon was born on January 9, 1920, in Livermore, Iowa, to the late C.H. and Anna Suhr. He married the love of his life Margaret Suhr on December 4, 1944 in San Antonio. He flew a crop duster in the Crosby County area for many years. Marlon was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, one daughter, Annette LeStourgeon and two great grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Frances Logan of Copperas Cove, Tx, Robert Suhr of Castroville, Tx, John Suhr of Medina, Tx and Marlon Suhr, Jr of Ralls, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
