Graveside services for Iola M. Stovall, 98, o Kingsland, TX, were held Saturday, Feb. 19, 2000, at 2 p.m. at the Ralls Cemetery, with Rev. Sam Estes officiating.

Memorial service will be held at a later date at the Kingsland Community Church.

Interment was under the direction of Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes, Inc. of Kingsland.

Mrs. Stovall died Feb. 17, 2000, at the Llano Memorial Hospital in Llano, TX.

She was born Dec. 13, 1901, in Baylor County, TX. She married Laney Stovall and was a retired sales clerk and buyer for the Hemphill-Wells Department Store in Lubbock. She moved to Kingsland more than 30 years ago from Lubbock. She was a member of the Kingsland Community Church. She also served as president of the Ladies Social Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Jeanne Westbrook and husband Bob of Kingsland; and two grandchildren, Robert Westbrook, Jr., of Victoria, TX., and Larry Westbrook of Mansfield, TX; and six great grandchildren.
