Services for Lois K. Stone, 91, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 1998, at the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. C.L. Atkinson of Afton, officiating.

Burial followed in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

He died Thursday, May 14, 1998, at Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.

He was born Nov. 19, 1906, in Erath County, TX, and married Mable Terry on April 19, 1949 in Spearman. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was a Barber for 65 years.

He was preceded in death by a son, Billy D. Stone on March 5, 1949, and a daughter Betty Lois Stone on Oct. 24, 1934.

Survivors include his wife, Mable "Chock" Stone of Ralls; two sons, Bobby Gene Stone of Amarillo, and Charles Bolton of Lawton, OK; three daughters, Shirley Lois Garrison of Bovina, Madeliene Stone of Silverton, and Melba Jo Caskey of San Augustine, TX; a brother, Bill Stone of Princeton; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
