Memorial services for Lula Belle Stephens of Ralls were at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church of Ralls. Burial was in Ralls Cemetery, under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.Mrs. Stephens, 93, was claimed by death at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born June 26, 1889, in Smithville, TN, she was married to Oliver Stephens on Feb. 25, 1906, in Pilot Point.
She is survived by one son, Clifford Stephens of Marchfield, MO; four daughters, Loraine Hinton and Cleo Thornton, both of Ralls, Pauline Lowe of White Deer and Billie Stephens of Houston; a sister, Jolly Radenz of Houston; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
