RALLS (Special) — Services for A.F. "Fletcher" Stark, 84, of Lubbock will be at 4 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor, and Tim Ward of Lubbock officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Stark died Monday, Aug. 29, 1994, in Lubbock's Southern Manor Nursing Home.

He was born on Dec. 10, 1909, in Comanche County. He married Georgia Pittman on June 9, 1933, in Petersburg. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Emma Masonic Lodge No. 931 and the Scottish Rite. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. He was a charter member of the Caprock Peace Officers Association and a former member of the Texas Sheriff's Association. He helped organize and was the first manager of the Crosby County Fuel Association. He moved to Lubbock from Crosbyton in 1990.

He served as Crosby County Sheriff until retiring in 1979.

Survivors include his wife; son, Aubrey Jr. of Lubbock; three daughters, Faye Allen of Long Beach, Calif., and Frances Matthews and Koleta Roberts, both of Lubbock; two sisters, Veneta McLane of Bronte and Earl Bellitt of Boulder, Colo.; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Masons will be pallbearers. Grandsons will be honorary pallbearers.
