W.R. Starch Rites Slated At Ralls

RALLS (Special) - Funeral services for Wesley Russel Starch, 43, who died at his home Thursday afternoon following a long period of ill health, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the Ralls First Methodist Church.

The Rev. Walter White, pastor, will officiate. Assisting him will be the Rev. W.R. Beaird, retired former local pastor. Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.

Starch had lived in Ralls since moving from Wisconsin with his parents 40 years ago. He suffered from arthritis and it was believed death may have resulted from a heart attack.

Survivors include two brothers, Clarence and William Starch, both of Ralls, and a sister, Mrs. Tilman Moe, Stoddard, Wisc.

Pallbearers will be George Moore, Bill Carpenter, Joe Jester, Albie (Alvie) Lindley, Willard Moses and Clyde Sessom.
