RALLS (Special) - Services for William L. Starch, 69, a Ralls native, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Ralls United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Dick Richards, pastor, will officiate, and the Rev. H.B. Coggin, of Abernathy and the Rev. E.R. McGregor, retired Methodist minister here, will be assisting.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery here under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Starch was found dead at his home about 7 p.m. Sunday, Justice of the Peace W.E. Easter is withholding a ruling on the death pending further investigation.

The welder was born in Ralls and married Geraldine Kinney in Milwaukee, Wis., March 14, 1945. She died Nov. 17, 1976.

Survivors include three sons, Michael of Albuquerque, NM, Matthew of Lubbock and Mark of Ralls; a brother, Clarence of Ralls; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Moe of LaCrosse, Wis.; and two grandchildren.
