Boatwright charged in Simpson Death After Blood Test
Darrell Boatwright 43, was formally charged with "murder with motor vehicle" last week in connection with the death of Walter Simson, November 30.
While examining a flat tire on his cotton trailer, Simpson was struck by the car Boatwright drove. The Fort Worth resident stopped his car immediately and went back.
Blood test showed Boatwright with a considerable alcoholic content at the time of the accident, according to County Attorney Harry Jung.
