Services for Bonnie Shumaker, 90, of Ralls will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Carson officating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery.

Bonnie passed away Sunday, February 6, 2005 at the Crosbyton Hospital. She was born November 15, 1914 in Broadway, Texas to Henry Edward Emett and Ida Mae (Harris) Terry. They moved to Crosby County in 1926 from Paris, Texas. On November 18, 1933 she married Robert T. "Bob" Shumaker in Ralls. He preceded her in death August 9, 1982. Also preceding her in death is a grandson, David Steen and a sister Mable "Chock" Stone.

Bonnie was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church. She owned and operated Bonnie's Cut & Curl Beauty Shop from 1962 until her retirement in 1995.

She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Joyce and Harold Steen of Amarillo, a sister and her husband, Edna and Harold Loveless of Lubbock, 2 grandchildren, Sally Gowens of Dallas and Denna Steen Morelos of Amarillo and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 PM Monday at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.

Pallbearers will be: Eddie Verett, Bill Wright, Ronnie Edwards, Brandon Edwards, Scotty Edwards and Toby Edwards.
