RALLS (Special) - Services for Jane Sechrist, 51, of Ralls will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor of Ralls First Baptist Church, officiating.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Friday, June 6, 1997, in Lubbock's Methodist Hospital.
She was born May 13, 1946, in Morton. She married Charles Sechrist on Aug. 29, 1964, in Lorenzo. She was a member of Ralls First United Methodist Church.
She was a homemaker. She had worked for Security State Bank in Ralls, the City of Ralls, AAA Coffee in Ralls, the Associated Cotton Growers, Lorenzo State Bank and the Crosbyton Review Newspaper.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Allen of Amarillo and Stephen of Lubbock; two brothers, Ernest Lee Mapes of Lubbock and Travis Mapes of Minnesota; two sisters, Christine Hodnett of Maple and Jo Ann Sandefur of Kalgary; and five grandchildren, Nathan, Philip, Lauren, Shelby and Brett Sechrist.
Casket bearers were Ricky Moore, Phillip Thornton, Matt Wilmeth, Wayne Lee Sanders, Clayton Cunningham, and Robert Sechrist.
