U.S.Flag     RALLS (Special) - Graveside services for Lloyd E. Roden, 55, of Ralls will be at 10 a.m. today in Ralls Cemetery with the Rev. Wayland Bruton, pastor of Crosbyton's First Assembly of God Church, officiating.

Burial is under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Roden died at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday in Veterans Administration Hospital in Amarillo after a brief illness.

He was born in Paris and moved to the Ralls area in 1948. He married Sarah Ashcraft on Oct. 12, 1956, in Crosbyton. He was a graduate of Amarillo Barber College. He was a shoe and boot repairman. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Mitch of Ralls; two daughters, Mitzi Blair and Becky Ramirez, both of Ralls; his mother, Erma Roden of Garland; and four grandchildren.
