Delfina Rivera

RALLS (Special) - Mass for Delfina Ramos Rivera, 65, of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. Monday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Ralls, with Rev. Malcolm Neyland, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of the Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

She died at 8:40 p.m. Saturday at Lubbock General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Knox City. She married Sunday Rivera on March 8, 1941, in Aspermont. They had moved to Ralls in 1948. He died on Nov. 29, 1982. She was a housewife and a Catholic.

Survivors include seven sons, Rudy of Post, Silas of Portales, NM, Gilbert and Albert of Ralls, Victor of Sherman, and Guy and Roy of Lubbock; three daughters, Janie Reyna of Izmire, Turkey, and Mary Rodriguez and Sandra Rivera of Lubbock; six brothers, Roy, Dan, Pete and Gregorio Ramos of Lubbock, Santos Ramos of Bakersfield, and Joe Ramos of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Mary Medina of Idaho, and Sophia Castillo and Ester Salazar of Lubbock; 20 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.

Grandsons will be pallbearers.
