Harley Reese U.S.Flag   Services for L.H. "Harley" Reese, 78, of Ralls will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005, at the Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Perryman and the Rev. Allen Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Harley passed away Sunday, Sept. 11, at Covenant Medical Center.

He was born July 1, 1927 in Crosby County to D.A. and Hattie Belle (Bridges) Reese. On July 3, 1948, he married Della Mae Nunley in Crosbyton. She passed away Jan. 13, 2000. Harley lived and farmed in Crosby County his entire life. He was a member of the Ralls First United Methodist Church, Emma Masonic Lodge No. 931 and served in the Army during WWII. He was an honest, loyal and hard working man who loved God! He was happiest when spending time with his family. He is also preceded in death by a son, Roy, who died Feb. 23, 2004.

Survivors include a son, Elvis and his wife Gayle of Lubbock; a daughter-in-law, Sue Reese of Idalou; five grandchildren; and 10 great- grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to Ralls EMS, 801 Ave. I, Ralls, TX 79357.
