Graveside rites were held in the Ralls cemetery at 2 p.m. Feb. 7, for Mrs. Sally Privette, 78, a Ralls resident for several years. Mrs. Privette passed away Feb. 2 at her home in Lubbock after a long illness.The deceased moved to Ralls in 1922 with her family. Natives of South Carolina, they moved to Lubbock, where they lived for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, William Privette; three sons, H.H. of South Carolina, S.K. of Lubbock and William of Houston; two daughters, Iva Privette of Lubbock and Mrs. A.E. Tucker of Lorenzo; 18 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Flower girls were granddaughters: Bethel L. Privette of Lubbock, Billie Sue Privette and Mrs. Frances Click of Houston, Mrs. Virgil Reese of Lorenzo, Mrs. Gladys Reese and Bobby Ruth Reese of Ralls.
