Services for Minnie P. (Polly) Pearson, 78, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 1990 in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor of First Baptist Church, and the Rev. Floyd Handdock, a Baptist minister from Lubbock, officiating.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pearson died at 5:15 a.m. Sunday, May 20, 1990 at Ralls Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Commerce. She married Mike Pearson December 17, 1927, in Lubbock. He preceded her in death. She moved form Lubbock to Ralls in 1955. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas of Abernathy and Mike of Lubbock; four daughters, Johnnie Pearson of Ralls, Sue Parks of McAllen, Peggy Pearson of Sweetwater and Glenda Stowers of Odessa; a sister, Ms. J.A. Barnett of Lubbock; 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
