Services for Juanita Pearson, 66, of Abernathy will be 2 p.m. Wed., March 26, 2003 at Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. George Frasier officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died Sunday, March 23, 2003 in Lubbock.

She was born Oct. 8, 1936 in Radium, Texas. She married Thom Pearson on April 8, 1959 in Lubbock. She was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church and attended school in Lubbock. She moved to Abernathy in 1979 from Ralls.

Survivors include her husband, Thom of Abernathy; four sons, Hal Swinford of Midland, Lonnie Swinford of Crosbyton, John Pearson of Shallowater and James Pearson of Abernathy; a daughter, Rebecca Ussery of New Home; three sisters, Annie Tate of Coleman, Louise Allen of Austin and Wynama Gould of Lubbock; 10 grandchildren, Angela Swinford of Plano, April Hatter of Lubbock, Adam Swinford of Ralls, Rowdy Motley of Abernathy, Sarah Ussery of New Home, Justin Pearson of Shallowater, Chelsea Pearson and Camron Pearson both of Abernathy, Shane Pearson of Shallowater and David Ussery of New Home.
