Services for Cecil M. "Mike" Pearson, 72, of Ralls, were held Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Ralls with the Rev. Dale Cain, pastor, officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.
Born at Grand Saline in Van Zandt County, Pearson moved to the Ralls area, in 1925, from Commerce. He was a retired farmer.
He married the former Minnie Pauline Willett in Lubbock in 1927.
Survivors include his wife, Polly; four daughters, Mrs. Wanda Sue Parks of San Antonio, Johnnie Ruth Pearson of Ralls, Peggy Pauline Pearson of Lamesa and Mrs. Glenda Stowers of Abilene; two sons, Tom and Mike both of Ralls; a brother, Tom of Grand Saline; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
