U.S.Flag RALLS (Special) - Services for Troy Payne, 66, a Ralls pharmacist, will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Vernon O'Kelly, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.

Payne, a native of Turkey, died at 10:20 a.m. Monday in Central Plains General Hospital in Plainview after an illness of several weeks. He was a veteran of World War II, a past master of Ralls Masonic Lodge N. 931 and a member of First United Methodist Church. He came to Ralls in 1953 from Brownwood.

Survivors include his wife, Doye; a son, Andy of Houston; his stepmother, Mrs. Fannie Brown of Klamath Falls, Ore.; two brother,s Tom of Klamath Falls and Joe Casper, Wyo.; and two grandchildren.
