Randy Wayne Owens passed away Saturday October 29, 2016 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. A memorial service will be held on Monday November 7, 2016 at 2 o'clock in the Chapel at Ralls cemetery in Ralls, Texas.
Randy was born May 15, 1964 in Lorenzo, Texas to Billy and Mildred Owens. He grew up and attended school in Abilene. He worked as an electrician and maintenance man in Lubbock.
Randy in proceeded in death by his father Billy Owens, mother Mildred Owens, and wife Sandra Hargrove.
He is survived by his son Corey Brockman of Abilene, daughter Angela Owens and grandsons Jordan and Jakobe Miller of Lewisville, and brothers Ronnie Owens of Amarillo, Roger Owens of Big Spring, Bobby Owens of San Antonio.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or your preferred charitable organization in Randy's name.
