Herbert Lee Moses, 93, of Hereford passed away Sunday, January 29th, 2012 in Hereford Texas. Graveside services in his honor will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
The family will have a visitation Wednesday, February 1, from 9 - 11 AM at Adams Funeral Home- Ralls.
Herbert was born November 20, 1918 in Ralls, Texas to Lee H. and Essie M. (Bowers) Moses. He served in the Navy, a Seaman-Second class during WWII, was a member of Central Church of Christ in Hereford. In 1940 he married the love of his life Frances Louise Crowley in Lubbock.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, June Moses and Lyda Faye Kioski, and one brother, Weldon Moses.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Louise Moses, a daughter, Carolyn Trice and husband Billy of Hereford, two grandchildren, Karen Kay Wright and husband Randy of Corpus Christi, Christopher Lee Trice and wife Virginia of Canyon, one brother, Dayton Moses and his wife Betty of Hot Springs, Arkansas, five great grandchildren, Ryan Kristopher Wright and his wife Angie, Randa Moreno and her husband Luis, Joaquin, Maxwell, and Martin all of Canyon.
