U.S.Flag Services for Reed L. Moore,74, of Ralls were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 1997, in Emma Church of Christ in Ralls with Ken Free, minister, officiating.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

Moore died Tuesday, May 6, 1997, in Lubbock's St. Mary Hospital.

He was born Nov. 16, 1922, in Marvin, Ark. He married Faye Stevens on May 16, 1941, in Post. She died April 22, 1989. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He served on the Owens Co-Op Gin Board and Crosby County Fuel Association Board. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He moved to Ralls from Crosbyton in 1944. He retired from farming in 1978.

Survivors include two sons, Jimmy of Ralls and Douglas of Nacogdoches; a sister, Bonnie Lee Flemins of Crosbyton; and four grandchildren.
