I.D. Moore's Funeral Today

RALLS (Special) - Funeral services for I.D. Moore, 81, former Ralls mayor, will be at 2 p.m. today at Ralls First Methodist Church. The Rev. Conrad Ryan, pastor, will officiate.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.

Moore, a longtime Ralls resident, died about noon Tuesday at the residence of his daughters, Frances Elizabeth Moore and Dorothy Jane Moore, 2109-A 51st St., Lubbock.

He was in the hardware business here for 40 years and had served 10 years as secretary of the Ralls school board. He was a member of Ralls Masonic Lodge and was past president of the Rotary Club. He also had served as a member of the school board.

Survivors other than the daughters are a son, George D. Moore, Ralls; two brothers, Charles Moore, San Angelo, and Lawrence Moore, Mission, TX; and two sisters, Miss Beulah Moore, Mission, and Mrs. Bradley Pigg, Mangum, OK.

Palbearers will be Walker Watkins, A.J. Cowley, Garland Ellis, Mike Wicks, Tim Lyle, J.B. Prewitt, Estrol McElroy and Vance Cypert.
