RALLS (Special) Services for George D. "Sonny" Moore, 82, of Crockett and formerly of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. today at Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Hubbard officiating.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
He died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2000, at Horizon Manor Nursing Home in Crockett.
He was born Nov. 23, 1917. He married Jenell Moore.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy of California and Rodney of Uba City, Calif.; a sister, Dorothy of Albuquerque, N.M.; and three grandchildren.

Services for Jenell Moore, 84, of White Bluff, Tennessee and formerly Ralls will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 4, 2009 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Carson officiating. Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Jenell passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at N. H. C. Hospital in Dickson, Tennessee. She was born December 19, 1924 at Ft. Chadbourne, in Coke County, Texas to the late Ernest and Thelma (Gary) Moore. She married George D. "Sonny" Moore. He preceded her in death on August 3, 2000.
Jenell was a long time member of the Ralls First Baptist Church and had worked as a secretary at various gins.
Survivors include; two sons, Jimmy Moore and Rodney Moore, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
