Frances Mitchell

Angels came for Frances Mitchell on January 25, 2005. Please share with us in a celebration of Frances' life at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 28, 2005 at Ralls Cemetery in Ralls, Texas. She was born in Crosby County on March 29, 1919. She was a graduate of Ralls High School and Texas Technological College. After her graduation from college she moved to Floydada where she taught school for over 30 years. While there she was a member of the Floydada First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She moved to John Knox Village now Carillon in 1987 and became a member of Highland Baptist Church. Frances traveled the world over and shared her history with her students and friends. Her doll collection was her passion.

She enjoyed her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by a brother; Chuck Mitchell.

Survivors include; a sister-in-law; Myra Mitchell of Abilene, a nephew; Phil Mitchell and his wife Sharon of Georgetown, two nieces; Teresa Mitchell of Waco, Michelle Livesay and her husband Gary of Denton, great nieces; Tiffaney Holmes and husband Brian of Corpus Christi, Brooke Hayes and her husband Matthew of Ft. Worth, Lindsey Livesay of Lubbock, Kelsi Livesay of Denton, great nephews; Russell Mitchell of Georgetown, Aaron Mata of Waco, and a great great niece Rylee Hayes of Ft. Worth. Frances was loved by many and will be greatly missed. We love you great.
