U.S.Flag RALLS (Special) - Services for Arnold F. Mincey Sr., 79, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Hubbard, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

Mincey died Friday, Oct. 23, 1998, at his residence.

He was born March 6, 1919, in Nancy, Ky. He married Sarah Criswell on Nov. 7, 1943, in Ralls. He was a member of Ralls First United Methodist Church and Goodwill Sunday School Class. He was a member of the Methodist Men and a former member of the Board of Stewards. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and a former member of the Ralls Lions Club and Spanish Club. He was a former postal clerk in Ralls and Lubbock.

He was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 244 in Lubbock. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Lubbock. He was a former member of Jeans & Queens Square Dance Club and Federation Square Dance Club. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He returned to Ralls in 1945 from Lubbock.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Arnold Jr. of Lubbock and Jimmy of Clarendon; a sister, Nina May Jasper of Somerset, Ky.; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
