Services Today for Mrs. Otho Mimms, Pioneer Resident
Funeral services for Mrs. Otho Mimms, 78, will be held at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) in the Emma Church of Christ with Rene Woody, minister, officiating.Mrs. Mimms died Tuesday at her home here following an illness of nine years. She came to Crosby County in 1929.
Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Gladys Gilstrap and Mrs. W.D. Taylor, Lubbock; Mrs. Tom Porter, Floydada; Mrs. Loyd Blanton, Hart; Mrs. Arthur (Doris) Moorman, Clovis and Mrs. John McFarland, Brownfield; five sons, Leroy, Arlington, VA; Darrell, Conway, AR; and Glenn, Dallas and Marvin all of Lazbuddie; two brothers, Virgil P. Lee, Houston and Sherman Lee, Spur., 32 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Grandson will be pallbearers.
