Roger Q. Mills Rites Are Today
RALLS (Special) - Services for Roger Q. Mills, 58, former resident of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church. The Rev. Lee Jones, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Post, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Dale Dozier, pastor of the Justiceburg Baptist Church.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.
Mills, a resident of Post for the past five years, died about 10 a.m. Sunday in Garza Memorial Hospital, Post. He was a mechanic and welder.
Survivors include his wife, Amy; a son, Lonnie Doyle Mills, Lubbock; a daughter, Mrs. Jewel Anstead, Ralls; three sisters, Mrs. Freddie Elizabeth Faulkenberry; Snyder; Mrs. Lydie Montogomery, Peoria, AZ, and Mrs. Ida Qualls, Portland, OR; and six grandchildren.
