Mrs. Midkiff Funeral Held Here Saturday

Funeral services for Mrs. Zora Midkiff, 79, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Cain, pastor officiating, assisted by the Rev. Vernon O'Kelly, and the Rev. John Jenkins.

Burial was in the Ralls Cemetery, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.

She died Thursday in the Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Grayson County. She had resided in this county since 1921.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. James O'Rear of Lorenzo and Mrs. Morris Lowe of Plains; two sisters, Mrs. C.O. Edwards of Ralls, and Mrs. Lorena Wynne of Shreveport, La. and four grand children and seven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Earl Wampler, Norman Reed, Joe Jester, Robert Danner, Percy Eason and Hank Reed.
