GRAHAM (Special) - Services for Jefferson Jackson Meek, 88, of Graham will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Armstrong officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Meek died Thursday in Graham General Hospital after an illness.

He was born in Granbury and had lived in Ralls before moving to Graham. His first wife, Frankie Ogle Meek, died in 1977. He married Mauretta Kunkel on April 13, 1978, in Graham. He was a retired farmer and a member of Graham´s First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a step-son, Elmer Kunkel of Keller; a brother, Robert of Brownfield; three sisters, Ola Cook of Houston, Clara Etter of Dallas and Ellen Johnson of Alamogordo, N.M.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
