U.S.Flag RALLS (Special) - Graveside services for Charles Ray McNeely, 65, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. today in Ralls Cemetery with Vance Davis, pastor of Emma Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

McNeely died at 12:30 P.M. Tuesday in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Anson and was a farmer and a U.S. Navy veteran. A son, Larry, died in 1990.

Survivors include a son, Michael of the U.S. Navy; a daughter, Lois Bibb of Kalispell, Mont.; his stepmother, Eva McNeely of Ralls; two stepbrothers, H. W. Mullins of Ralls and Clyde Mullins of Granbury; a half-sister, Judy Baxter of Arlington; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
