Bill McKee Rites Are Held In Ralls

Services for W. P. "Bill" McKee, 76, of Ralls, who died Saturday in a Crosbyton hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Ralls First Baptist Church.

Officiating was the Rev. James Abernathy of Odessa and the Rev. Floyd Haddock of Ralls.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.

A native of Dial, McKee moved to Ralls in 1925, from Honey Grove.

He married the former Mary Parker on April 4, 1926, in Snyder.

McKee was a retired lumberman. He formerly served as mayor of Ralls, and was a past president of Ralls Rotary Club and Past Master of the Ralls Masonic Lodge No. 931.

Survivors include his wife; a son, W. P. Jr. of Amarillo; a daughter, Mrs. Rosemary Stewart of Clovis, N.M.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Bullock of Richardson and Mrs. Ruth Loving of Tulsa, Okla.; eight grandchildren and a great grandchild.
