Linda McCoolLinda Sue McCool, 63, of Ralls passed away Monday, October 29, 2012, in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 2, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Ralls, with Rev. T.J. Messer officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home-Ralls.

Visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home from 6 - 7 P.M., Thursday, November 1st.

Linda was born April 11, 1949, in Austin TX, to the late Jewel (Holden) Armstrong. She married Ken McCool on October 8, 1988 in Austin; Linda enjoyed traveling in their R.V., she would spend her days reading one of her many books, she loved animals and making other people happy. It was always important for her to look her best, she was a classy lady.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Lee Ann Hajdik in 2008, seven brothers, Richard, Wallace, Donall, Thomas, J.W., Franklin and Horace Delbert.

Survivors include her husband, Ken McCool of Ralls, her children, Laura Armstrong of Austin, Pam McCool of York, PA., Jerry Spillar of Huddo, two sisters, Brenda Duke of Ralls, Janelle Mansfield of Buda three sister- in-laws, Joe and Carolyn Cate of Lubbock, Myron and Janet Cook of Michigan, Vernon and Debbie Ellis of California, three grandchildren, Brent, Blaine and Bradley.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Charles Cate, Kenneth Cate, James Cate, James Reynolds, James Caddell and Dwight Roye.
