RALLS (Special) - Services for Jeff Martin, 82, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Ray, pastor, and the Rev. Howard Marcom, a retired Methodist minister from Levelland, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

He died at 5:55 p.m. Monday in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Old Emma and had lived in Ralls most of his life. He married Grace DeFee on April 14, 1929, in Seymour. She died in 1965. He married Opal Estes Boverie on July 9, 1966, in Lubbock. He was the owner of Martin Hardware for 36 years and was a distributing agent for Phillips Oil Co. for several years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, where he served as an usher for 35 years.

Survivors include his wife; and a brother, Arthur of Lubbock.
