U.S.Flag RALLS (Special) - Services for Billy Bob Mann, 71, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with the Revs. Jim Morrow, pastor, and Tommie Allen, a Lubbock Baptist minister, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Mann died at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1993, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.

He was born on Feb. 13, 1922, in Newlin. He married Jo Coufal on March 30, 1946, in Caldwell. He was a carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, a cabinetmaker and a painter. He owned Frames and Things in Ralls. In 1992 he received the "Man of the Year" Award from the Ralls Chamber of Commerce. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran and served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church and a member of Ralls Lions Club, Ralls Senior Citizens and the Rural Letter Carriers Association.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Tony of Lubbock; a brother, C.E. of Ralls; a sister, Alice Davis of Lubbock; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dewey Wells, Joe Jester, Dalton Norris, Robert Danner, George Pierot and Dale Jones.

Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of First Baptist Church and members of the Ralls Lions Club.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Lubbock.
